SHIPPING & FREIGHT POLICY

LOGISTICS OVERVIEW
VIA LUXE IMPORTS LLC specializes in the direct importation of bulk artisan home furnishings. Due to the volume and delicate nature of Capiz shells and rattan materials, products are categorized into specific shipping flows.

1. OCEAN TRANSIT TIMELINES
All pre-ordered furniture and lighting items are shipped via ocean freight from our production facilities in the Philippines. Standard ocean transit, customs clearance, and port processing protocols require an estimated lead time of 60 to 90 days from the date of deposit confirmation.

2. LTL FREIGHT & LIFTGATE SERVICES
Domestic US shipping for oversized items and bulk orders is handled via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers. Standard delivery includes curbside delivery with liftgate service. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address can accommodate commercial freight trucks. 3. IN-STOCK SHIPPING
Artisan wall decor, mirrors, and tabletop accessories that are marked as "In-Stock" will be processed and dispatched from our Waterbury, CT facility within 3-5 business days via standard commercial ground couriers.
