This website is operated by Island Design Imports LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Island Design Imports LLC. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 - B2B WHOLESALE ELIGIBILITY
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are a registered business entity, professional interior designer, architect, or commercial buyer purchasing products for professional or commercial use. To maintain an active trade account, users must provide a valid EIN and Resale Certificate.

SECTION 2 - PRE-ORDER & DEPOSIT FRAMEWORK
For all premium furniture and architectural lighting categories, a 50/50 deposit framework applies. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to initiate the production and import sequence. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full prior to dispatch from our US distribution warehouse.

SECTION 3 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be filed in the competent courts of Connecticut.
